Select 13U – 19U

The Select Program is designed for boys and girls in the U13-U19 age groups who desire a highly competitive level of play. This program provides a structured pathway for players to develop their skills in a challenging and professional environment, ensuring outstanding individual and team growth. The Select Program serves as the ideal preparation for players aiming to reach the highest levels of youth soccer, with many Savannah United Select players advancing to collegiate programs, professional teams, and even national team representation. Through high-level training and competition, this program fosters both technical excellence and a lifelong passion for the game.

Program Goals

 

 

  • Provide a structured and competitive environment that enhances technical, tactical, and physical skills, preparing players for collegiate, professional, and national team opportunities.
  • Instill discipline, teamwork, and resilience through high-intensity training and challenging league and tournament play. 
  • Support players in achieving their full potential both on and off the field by emphasizing leadership, sportsmanship, and a lifelong passion for soccer.

 

 

Age Group: 12-18

Coach Jeff Storey-Pitts, Savannah United

Jeff Storey-Pitts is a U.S.S.F. and U.S.C. licensed coach with over 25 years of experience serving as a coach and Director. As Select Director for the club he oversees all U13-U19 teams. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Brescia University and played collegiately at Brevard College (NC) and Brescia University (KY). His coaching career includes roles with Arsenal Rome, Owensboro United, Georgia ODP Staff, and Savannah United. Additionally, he holds a Coerver Youth Diploma, ensuring top-level training for all Select players.
